COVID-19 prevention measures of our structure

Our Hotel adheres to the prevention and containment measures to make the stay of its customers safe and serene, compliant with the new updated regulations.

The structure, the rooms and the common areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized and customers are required to keep the place clean in respect of the other guests.

Bookings

For the safety of our structure and our customers, the Albergo Centrale provides for a control of the common areas and the various floors via a camera system, private rooms are excluded.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Inside each room there is a smoke detector. In case of need, there is a fire extinguisher on each floor and in the common areas.

The reservation of the customer must be accompanied in any case by written or telephone confirmation (to our e-mail address info@hotelcentraledeste.com or to our number +39 0429 652596) and the complete data of at least one valid credit card.

Guests wishing to receive an invoice for the stay are requested to communicate it when booking and to transmit the details for issuing the same, complete with VAT number, Tax Code, SDI Code or PEC E-Mail.

The cancellation of the reservation must be communicated to the Hotel in writing or calling and the Hotel reserves the right to apply a cancellation penalty as indicated below:
• free cancellation up to 7 days before Check-In
• from the second day before Check-In, for late cancellation or no show, penalty of 30% of the total stay
• from the day of Check-In, for late cancellation or no-show, penalty of 100% of the total stay

In case of cancellation after the deadline, the structure is authorized to proceed with the total collection of the stay.

Check-in and check-out

The reception is open from  4.00 to 9.00 PM from Monday to Sunday.

Check-In for guests’ reservations is from 4 to 9.00 PM from Monday to Sunday.
Check-Out must be done at 11 AM of the day of departure.

There is an additional cost for:
• arrivals after Check-In hours 30 EURO (9.30 to 11 PM)
• departures after the scheduled Check-Out times (to be agreed with the Hotel based on room availability).

It is possible to agree a late Check-In by communicating it at the structure as follows:
1- Sending the document of the partecipants of the reservation and their mobile number and e-mail.
2- In the case of invoicing, the tax data complete with SDI code, tax code, e-mail and telephone number of the same.
3- Payment or sending of a credit card to charge the total cost.
4- Only after this procedure , we will send you by SMS or e-mail the access code to our Hotel.

Children and extra beds

Children are under the responsibility of the parents who have to monitor their behavior and health.

At the request of the guest, the Hotel can provide a cot, which will be charged at a price of € 10 per day.

Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately and directly by the Hotel.

Payments

Our structure accepts different payment methods:
• CASH
• CREDIT CARD: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, UNIONPAY, CARTASì, JCB
• BANK TRANSFER

Hotel Centrale reserves the right to charge 30% of the cost of the reservation if it will be confirmed by the customer. In case of cancellation (within the terms indicated by our structure), the amount charged will be returned to the guest.
